Growing cellular aerated concrete is convenient for heat and sound insulation of floors, basements, attics, roofs and walls. A liquid solution of growing aerated concrete of the consistency of liquid sour cream is being prepared, spreads over the floor or roof, fills all existing holes, cracks and, since this is a growing mass that increases by about 2 times, completely seals the ceiling. Thermal insulation properties are obtained depending on the ratio of components from 0.1 to 0.33 W / m.gd. To date, quite complex structures are used on roofs, consisting of hydro, thermal insulation, screeds, etc. We propose to replace this entire structure with growing cellular aerated concrete, monolithic, non-autoclave, waterproof, which will provide all the required characteristics, moreover, it will be more reliable, durable, cheaper and greatly simplifies the work and the roof can be operated.
The material performs well in aggressive environments such as pigsties. Due to the aggressive environment, wooden floors in pigsties are changed twice a year, and floors made of growing cellular aerated concrete, non-autoclaved, monolithic, waterproof, have been standing for the thirteenth year. In terms of cost, the floors are equivalent, and in terms of durability, growing cellular aerated concrete is significantly superior to wooden floors. We also used growing cellular aerated concrete in the construction of pools, because. it is not afraid of moisture and does not collapse in a humid environment. The tile is laid directly on the growing cellular aerated concrete on the growing mass. As a result, the contact of the tile with the base turned out to be 100%, therefore, the tile will not break and will serve for a very long time.
Using the property of cellular concrete as a growing mass and liquid phase, it is possible to qualitatively restore the destroyed foundation and wall stone. The depreciation of fixed assets of buildings and structures has reached a very large value and requires serious repairs, which can be done with cellular concrete with simultaneous insulation.
When using growing non-autoclaved cellular aerated concrete, the liquid mortar is poured into the formwork, where it fills all voids and cracks, expands, seals and restores the destroyed foundation and wall stone. At the same time, the facades are smooth, no plastering work is required, the surface is ready for painting with facade paints. In this way, it is possible to restore wooden facades, which will receive a new beautiful external and internal appearance, the process of wood decay without access to oxygen and water will stop, and the building will still stand for 100 years.
