Growing cellular aerated concrete is convenient for heat and sound insulation of floors, basements, attics, roofs and walls. A liquid solution of growing aerated concrete of the consistency of liquid sour cream is being prepared, spreads over the floor or roof, fills all existing holes, cracks and, since this is a growing mass that increases by about 2 times, completely seals the ceiling. To solve our technological problems, we were unable to select existing equipment and had to create our own non-standard equipment.
The equipment is a high-speed mortar mixer with a volume of 0.1 m3 to 2.0 m3. Installation with a volume of 1 m3 weighs only 150 kg, in terms of dimensions it passes through all doorways and mixes the solution with a dry pore-forming mixture for 60 seconds. The productivity of this installation, on average, depending on the time of loading water and cement into it, is up to 24 m3 per shift. The equipment is light and high performance and can be easily transported to any floor by hand.
